WHAT IS A "COST REDUCTION PROGRAM"?
A CRP is a lot like an online employee company store except instead of being a program for employees, clients and vendors, it is a program designed to benefit your company itself. Because of the complete array of personalization services we do in-house, we are able to do pretty much all types of promotional items. We will take the personalized items your company buys on a regular basis and find a way to save you at least 10% on each one. Your CRP is linked to your company website.

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS CAN YOU DO?
We offer over 750,000 personalized products and services, including awards, promotional products, embroidered and silk-screened apparel, business and employee gifts, interior signage, name badges and more. And anytime you need something other than what is inside the store, just let us know and we'll quote it.

CAN WE SAVE ON OTHER ITEMS TOO?
Yes. In addition to the items your company needs monthly, there are other items that different departments need. Departments like Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Safety Compliance and more. In your online store, there is a section called SPECIAL QUOTE. Anyone in your company can click on it and send us the details on a promotional item it needs. We will then prepare a custom quote on those items.

CAN OUR EMPLOYEES BUY ITEMS FOR THEMSELVES TOO?
Yes. We will extend them the same type of preferred pricing your company receives. This includes one item or maybe a variety of products for an upcoming wedding or reunion.

Once we find out your needs, we can match them to our vendor specials.

DO YOU INVENTORY ITEMS FOR US?
It depends on which program you choose. Our most inexpensive program includes everything custom ordered and shipped. But some companies want us to stock certain items so we can ship out next day if necessary.

WHAT IF WE FIND THE ITEM CHEAPER?
We'll beat any publish price by at least 5% and more if we can. The key to saving money is knowing where to ship, our professional buyers do.

CAN YOU DROP SHIP ITEMS FOR US?
Certainly. UPS comes by our facility twice a day, everyday. And because we have two showrooms and a production facility in Fullerton, California, you can also drop by and pick items up to help save on shipping.

WHAT KIND OF REPORTS ARE INCLUDED?
We will send your company representative an automatic e-mail confirmation when each order is placed. In addition, we can provide a bulk report each quarter, or whatever you need.

We began in 1979, so we are about to celebrate 30 years in business. While we started in a garage as a trophy maker, we have grown today into a full-service promotional facility.
